Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the ThumbDash iOS application. By using ThumbDash, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Apple Standard EULA

ThumbDash is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

ThumbDash may offer a one-time Pro purchase and an auto-renewable Supporter subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. The one-time Pro purchase does not renew.

3. Your Content

Your round history, scores, and typing statistics are stored only on your device. ThumbDash processes everything on your device and does not upload your content to ThumbDash servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Availability and Accuracy

Typing prompts are generated on your device, including by a small on-device AI language model, and generated text may occasionally read as awkward or repetitive. ThumbDash is provided for entertainment. Features may change, and network access is required for the optional one-time AI model download and for App Store purchases.
